What are your billing methods for your Web site design services?
That depends on the size of the project.
For sites under $300, we expect 50% up front and the balance when we upload the completed Website to your hosting service.
For sites over $300 we expect 50% up front, 25% after the Web site design is completed and approved, then the balance when we upload the completed Web site to your hosting service.
We accept cash from our local customers, your personal or business check, or if you wish, you may pay with your Credit Card using the PayPal payment gateway.
Who owns the copyright for the completed Web sites you design?
The Web site design style, graphic images and content become the property of the client after full payment is made.  WhamWeb.com retains the intellectual property rights to all scripts and functions used to create the site.
How do you bill for outsourcing services?
We will offer a detailed invoice showing you what each service costs and how the funds are distributed.  Sometimes we pay for the outsourcing service and bill you, and sometimes the outsourcing service will be paid directly by you.
The specific action depends on what service you require and the relationship we have with that service.
